ANNUAL WATER HEATER MAINTENANCE:
Whether you have a tank or tankless water heater it requires annual maintenance. We will perform an annual flush/descaling of your water heater along with an inspection to ensure proper functionality and safety. Prolong the life of your investment by performing annual maintenance (up to $249 value).
ANNUAL PLUMBING & SEWER INSPECTION:
Routine checkups on your home’s plumbing systems & sewer can help prevent expensive and messy problems before they happen. We will perform an annual inspection of your home’s plumbing systems including pressure, shut-offs, hardness, filters, hose spigots, appliances and fixtures ($149 value). We will also provide you with an annual video inspection of your sewer to make sure there are no breaks, bends or roots which could cause a messy backup in your home ($250 value).
ANNUAL FURNACE & AC MAINTENANCE:
Annual maintenance on your furnace and air conditioner can help keep you comfortable year-round while also saving you money on costly breakdowns. Receive an annual inspection and tune-up to make sure you’re getting the best performance and lifespan out of your system ($129 value each).
10% DISCOUNTS & ADDITIONAL SAVINGS:
Receive an additional 10% discount on plumbing repairs, services and replacements. Plus receive 50% off after-hours and emergency dispatch fees. Hopefully you never have to call us in the middle of the night, but we’re there in case of an emergency.
